I'm poor white trash and don't have the money to get my surgery but doctor says I needs it, does anybody out there in internet land have any instructions how I can do it myself?

No, don't do it yourself! Plenty of trustworthy madmen out there will pay you to let them have a go... If you survive, then you'll have enough to get the proper surgery. Good luck!

Knock on your next door neighbours door and ask for the loan of his drill, stand in front of the mirror and start drilling slowly on the left temple, when you pass out from the shock hopefully someone will call an ambulance and you'll be taken to hospital for the operation you need.

I will not call it Surgery, though I will call it Intervention???< and that is a do it your self kind off thing?, It seams to me, that if you re-write your own question and reverse it, you may perceived best what I am trying to say?, ..... and although?, (Sarcasm), the time you may take to get the right answer Will vary, just think, how much better your own answer will be, if you compared your own results with what I'm saying for your own benefit, and my own peace of mind.
