I personally like HBK in old old days i mean in mid nineties he was awesome those days.Absolutely superb! He was my hero when i was a kid and still i admire that old HBK not the one in DX.One in DX is funny but when he was alone still he cud bring out that humor in those days! Now he has turned in2 a total comic character where in those days he had everything in himself!Sense of humor, seriousness in fights blablabla! How do u guys like his entrance and the theme song?

well u cant say he won most of the titles with help of DX.Yeah true after 97 he had his help. But do u remember da mid ninieties?94,95,96,97 back to back royal rumble victories, against phsyco sid and every brutal guy he fought and won alone without HHH(who was not even popular in da scenario as Hunter..Hearnest .helmsley.So u cant say HBK is nothing without HHH.Actually it has to be da opposite i guess!

WHOA!!!!!!!!! Tripe H DID NOT BY ANY MEANS MAKE SHAWN MICHAELS!!!!

Phew! Had to get that off my chest :P

Anyway, I love HBK in between the years of 1995-1999 (which is pre-DX years). He combined a sense of humor with a strong snese of intrigrity when if came to his matches. I think he kinda lost 1/4 of his spark when he became too involved with the business side of the WWF/WWE ( aka Vince and Linda) The same thing happened to Austin and Foley... but thats a different story -- but they lost HALF of their spark, Shawn at least kept some.

Plus, I think DX was cool and all but he should have kept himself as an individual instead of totally alligning with that group.

Yeah, before Shawn went slightly wayward, he was the BEST! He still is in my opinion ;)

Even though he's been more popular on tag teams (with Marty and Hunter) I think now a days he is more suited to solo.

DX isn't what they once were, and Shawn's Christian values don't match up with the concept much anymore. Like you said... he's very charismatic and can bring the humor no matter what. He's over with the crowd whether he's with DX or not.

Of course, I'm from Texas and lived in the San Antonio area until recently for 22 years. I still feel connected everytime they announce his hometown, and his "Sexy Boy" music is just classic (although I prefer the original when Sherri sang it). There have been very few entrance songs since the Attitude era that I think have that energy and fit the character so well.

Triple H made Shawn Michaels. Without Triple H there to help HBK rhroughout his WWE career, HBK was nothing. A piece of dust from the ground. HHH made him the great superstar he is now. HBK won most of his great titles while being a part of DX. So, HBK is better when he is with Triple H in DX.

I do like HBK in DX and alone.

Personally i would like him to have 1 more run with the WWE/Heavyweight championship. i doubt that will happen though as when Batista relinquised teh World Title in January, he was offered by Vince to go to Smackdown to be the new Champ, but turned it down. thats why Kurt Angle was given it.

I would have to say that I prefer HBK in Degeneration X with Triple HHH; because they can come up with some hilarious skits for their storyline on RAW.

I love HBK by himself. Physically, he's a shell of what he used to be. Obviously age will do that to you. I still love him. He almost got me interested in trying out wrestling. However, after seeing what these guys go through on a regular basis, I'll pass.

He was the best thing in wrestling in the 90's

But everything he's done in the last few years is stale and boring. He's not fun or entertaining this time around.

DX is just horrible this time around. It's two 40+ year old men that are married with children "tagging" things with graffitti and doing dick jokes. They feel uncomfortable and silly, and it shows.
