which will be a better option doing a linux administrator course or doing MCSE and CCNA?

I am IT professional with few years of exp. Funda 1 is whatever you do, try to reach the top....i.e whatever you like it, do it rather than what mkt demands because in ur case, there is almost similar demand for both, linux admin/ CCNA (networking)/ MCSE (open source programming)

If you go for Linux/ CCNA, you will be bound to a specific stream as against if you do MCSE, you will have a hell lot of choices to go for as there are many choices in open source.....Rest is up to you....

Start off with MCSE, it is the most widespread. As you get more into the field, specialize.
