i dont understand how someone could belive their horoscope when everyone in their time frame have the same one?

Almost nobody has the same one if you know anything about astrology.
Those things in your morning paper aren't astrology. They're fortune cookies.

Horoscopes done in the newspapers go off of a different - less personal use of astrology not only to dumb it down to the masses but to make it vague enough to fit a sun sign as a whole.
Should you belive in Astrology you would know that you have a chart different from everyone around you, even if they share the same sun sign.

I will challenge you with this: have you ever gone to a real astrologer? A real, certified astrologer will take down all the birth information that you can give, do a chart of your personal stars and the heavens at the precise time you were born, and give you so much information about yourself that you will probably get a little scared.
The first time I did it I got a LOT scared. But since then, I have come to love and cherish that slightly skewed but wonderful bunch of people that know so much about me, without my ever having to say a word.
Those things in the papers aren't really astrology. Real astrology and real psychic ability is a talent and a phenomenon that you would have to experience to ever understand.

The ones in the newspapers are too general and are for every sign. Those who really believe in them (seriously) have forecasts done based on their exact information, which is not only horoscope sign (Aquarius, Gemini, etc.) but on that sign plus Rising Sign, Moon sign, on and on. It depends not only on your day of birth, but the time and longitude and latitude of your birth.
As for why someone believes, that's a more difficult question. Why believe in anything you can't touch or see or otherwise sense? But we do, perhaps because we think it gives us more control over events, that we can do things to make outcomes in our favor.

Every few people are born at the same moment and place not even twins! The scope is a general projector or courses of action. You have the possibility to use either the positive or negative aspect of the chart.

Dear listen to me, if its not your cup of tea, then its not. Please don't down those that do use them as a reference or as a guide to thier path. And that is what is meant to be a guide or a reference only. I'm a psychic and I tell my sitters upfront, nothing is ever written in stone, its only a possibility. And what you do with that possibility will shape your life. To be forewarned is not a bad thing. Just makes you more aware so you can better handle the situation when it arrives.

I don't think people 100% believe them, but more so see coincidence in their horoscope and their real lives.

and sometimes whatever you had read becomes the truth thats why you are forced to believe in it

its fun just to read them even if you dont believe in them. that way you can just compare what they say to what happened to you, maybe they got lucky and guessed something rigth. personally i just read them for fun.
