People get so upset when they get violation notices because typically it is something like a parking ticket and they just simply needed to run into the post office and drop off a .39 envelope while they are on their quite short lunch break and when they return to their car they realize that they now have to make sure that they go back on the same type of errand that they just completed and it has to be done within 1-3 days and you are wondering how that one is going to "pan out" since their is never any parking over at the payment place either!

I think it has more to do with the fact that the Yassholes are violating some really innocent questions.Not the obviously vulgar ones.
