It has nothing to do with fertilization.. When you have a d and c. They surgically scrap the uterus..

No, not actually after a pregnancy you are more fertile but not just from having a D/C

I have heard that too...and I believe it was true in my case! I had a D&C last December and was pregnant again in three months....as soon as we started to try again.
But you should wait at least 6-8 weeks before trying to become pregnant again. Not only does your body need to physically recover from the D&C but you need to give your hormones a chance to get back in check.

Possibly - My Wife had a miscarriage - a week after the D&C she was Pregnant again... Just your Luck I guess..
