Hi again, I asked a question yesterday to whether or not I may be pregnant. Today I did start my period, experiencing period pains and it has been getting heavier during the course of the day. I also have started to pass large blood clots. Feeling very dizzy and tired. I do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend for 6 months, but never seem to fall pregnant, and I am only 24. sorry for being so crude.

Go see a doctor asap, you won't get the right advice here. You need a specialist.

I think it sounds like a miscarriage....Ive had three and they always involved clots. Mine were all heavier than a period with backache and pains that were stronger than your average period pains. Usually if this has already happened though there is no way for a Doctor to deny or confirm it so you may never know but if you were late and it was not like your normal periods I would be tempted to assume it was a miscarriage.....but alas i am not a Doc so im just comparing it with my own experiences!! Hope you are OK.

I can not remember what you asked yesterday but I am assuming that you might think you are having a miscarriage. I would tell you that you need to go see a doc for the best advice because only he can tell you for sure or not. I have had it both ways ( I had 3 miscarriages) I would think pregnancy and I really would not be just having a heavy period....

Take a pregnancy test
Cos if you conceived it will show up on the test.
Sometimes periods can be heavier than usual,

However if you are miscarrying would it be better not to know and let nature take it's course.
As it would be early days, you wouldn't need medical attention unless it got to be severe.

You may have miscarried, although you could just be having an irregularly heavy period. If you have a high temperature or you are worried consult a doctor. Best of luck to you.

Sounds like a heavy period. Or maybe the end of a chemical pregnancy.

If you are feeling dizzy PLEASE take everyone else's advice and see a doctor or go to an emergency clinic! It could have been an early miscarriage..
