I think cloning holds some valuable possibilities. Think of what it would be like if we were able to clone blood. We would never have to worry about donor shortages. The same goes for organs. If we can figure out how to clone specific organs by themselves, we can solve a lot of the problems the world faces.

I actually just read an article in Yahoo! news that had stated that even though cloned animals have been tested to be completly normal they arent even thinking about putting them on the food market for a good amount of years. Also, some companies are still insisting on putting labels on their products to ensure consumers they are not purchasing food from cloned animals.

Identical twins are clones, so you may well have eaten beef from a clone quite often in the past.

Are you suggesting we need a law against twins?

I very much like your fresh outlook on law, "making things legal"! LOL. How would there have been a law aginst something before it existed, assuming you mean lab-engineered cloning? Are there any other technologies which have yet to be discovered that we should make laws aginst now, before they are discovered, so that when they are discovered we can decide whether or not to make them legal?

Cloning and duplication are two different things. Cloning is just a genetic copy. There's no risk of anything bad happening to you from cloned animals.

Uh... you wouldn't "clone" a homosexual couple. You'd mix the DNA from two sperm or two eggs instead of from one sperm or one egg.

The cloning of animals has always been legal in the USA.

Your speculations are completely senseless, and I hope you know that.
