Thats alot of questions in one! Lets see...
1. Stay away from make-up that is warm, go for more neutral colors since you are trying to look natural
2. One thing I LOVE for making your eyes look bigger is white eyeliner. Put a thin line around the bottom lash line and it helps a ton. The one make-up item I couldn't live without
3. No need to use foundation if you don't want to. I rarely use it, and it works fine and is better for your skin.
4. Try to pick an eyeshadow that is neutral in color tone, and go for a lighter shade for the "whole lid" then a slightly darker neutral color with a green tent (by that i mean not "omgi'mgreen!) and then put a thin line on your upper lid near the lash line and make it just a bit thicker on the outside edges.
5. If you are wanting to bring eyes out and make them appear bigger, I wouldn't advise heavy eyeliner. Dark eyeliner draws attention to eyes but also makes them appear more deep set, so I would go with a really light brown or none at all. Curl your eyelashes and use brown or brown/black mascara - one coat.
6. Sheer glossy but not shiny lip gloss. If you like lipstick go for a color that you can't see very much difference when you put it on in color.... just a slight shine.
7. I'm not entirely sure there is a way to make your face look that much longer with just makeup... usually hair styles are more effective with that task, but you can try to use a slightly tented blush (not too far from your skin tone) and smile really big, put it on the cheekbones in an upward motion toward the temples.

Hope this helps you out some =)

for eye shadow use a shimmery eye shadow that complements your skin tone.
fair=an apricotish pink
beige=a smooth pale pink
golden=a subtle gold
bronze=a bronze
deep= a subtle coffee brown
dont use foundation unless you have uneven patches in your skin get a tinited moliswturizer that matches your skin tone it will feel light enough to not feel like foundation. but if you really want to get foundation try pure make up by maybelline new york. then there is dream mousse also by maybelline new york. to make your face appear longer brush blush along your temples. this will elongate and slim out your face. do not do an overpowering blush but a light yet promonent one that looks good on you.
thx for the 2 points!!!

You do need a foundation to even out your skin tone in your face, but you can get something light and weightless, it'll feel like your have nothing on, I recommend, "Mousse Foundation".

For your green eyes, always use earth tones for your base color for eye shadows, but when you want to wear a color, stick to pastel colors like, violets, light pink, and greens, make sure they have a shimmery look to them, and just make the arch in your eyelid with these colors.

To make your eyes looks larger and more flirty, use an extreme mascara. I use Max Factor 2000, it's amazing, transforms your eyes in seconds! I would go with the color black because that'll stand out more.

The last tip would be to only use lip gloss, when using eye makeup, you don't want to over do it. So if you want to wear lipstick, then play done your eyeshadow and mascara, but if you want to wear eye shadow, just wear a gloss on your lips.

OK. Try a foundation...its not a typical foundation..its in a disc with a sponge and you dab your fingers in it. It goes on like water but covers alot up. Made by ALMAY. To bring your eyes out...do an eyeliner from Maybelline..the twist up. black is my favorite...get some eyelash curlers and a nice waterproof mascara. For eyeshadow...try covergirl shadow in the tube..light colors but very affective. Good luck.
