It used to happen all the time. I worked full time at a very physical job, then used to have to find the time to look after my own horses, keep them fit for competitions, and train other people on their horses. I would only go home to sleep (for around 4 hours) and get clean ready for the next day.
It was total bliss...
My body won't let me push it anywhere near as hard these days...

yes, last night. i swear yesterday at work was horrid and when i got home i was just going to close my eyes for a few minutes and the next thing i knew i woke up totally startled, had no idea how long i had slept, or if it was morning or night. it was only 3 hours later. what can i say? i'm a dork.
