depends if the test was a line test or a ( + -) test
If it was a line test then 2 lines means pregnant
A (+-) test would mean not pregnant IF the line was going horizontal in the left window and didnt make a complete + sign.Hope this helps...good luck.

Usually 2 lines means you are pregnant...congrats. Call your OB/GYN ASAP. They like to see you at 8 weeks pregnant

I think it means you are but before you get excited...( or not) go to the store and read the box so you know for sure. That is the only way to really know because some tests are funny and not the normal.
