The United States is not building torture chambers with billions of tax dollars. Rather they are using existing facilities and paying large sums of money for rent.

Guess you've already blown off the fact that Saddam killed 32,000 Iraqis in southern Iraq alone in 1995. I won't even go into how many Kurds he exterminated and the number of empty villages that dot the northern landscape of Iraq.
I wonder how much he spent on the Sarin and Mustard gas he used on them? Was it as much as the tons of lye he poured over the bodies we're still finding here?
