last period was on dec 5th..every weekend after that we've been trying to concieve..i think i might be pregnant.this morning i woke up at 2am because i needed to pee and i was bleeding no cramps nothing, after one wipe the blood was gone it was light pinkish... this morning i got up there was no blood...COULD THIS BE A SIGN OF PREGNANCY?

Unfortunately not. Your window of conception is very small. Luckily, sperm can live in the body of a woman for up to 4 days. Instead of your period, you need to figure out when you ovulate and make sure you have intercourse during that time. Typically, woman ovulate anywhere from 7-10 days after the first day of your period, not the last day.
There are tests and kits for ovulation available at the drugstore. Good luck.

Most women simply dont get implantation bleeding.
However, if you're not due for your period, and you're trying to get pregnant, its quite possible that it was from the ovum implanting.
