With green eyes and blonde hair, you are probably a warm. Cool blondes typically have brown or blue eyes.

If you don't want to use foundation, then don't. You can still even our skin tone and keep away unwanted shine with powder. Foundation is better for hiding imperfections, like a blemish. Translucent powder gives you a wonderful boost to your complexion, without looking like you are wearing makeup. Match your inner wrist for the right color for your face.

To make your face seem less round, apple a very light dusting of blush (or bronzer if that is your preference) to your forehead and chin as well as the normal amount on you cheeks. Adding that touch of color to the top and bottom of your face helps keep it from looking too wide when you've added color to your cheeks, usually the widest part of your face. Look for blushes that are more peach, and less pink. Pink often looks too harsh on warm blondes.

Green eyes can look wonderful with so many combinations of eye makeup. Here are a couple different light looks that you can use to bring out your eyes.

1. Mossy green eyeliner, peach shadow highlighter (from the lid to the brow) with a light brown shadow on the lid, and brown or mascara. This makes for a very soft look. (Try to stay away from true blacks in your liner and mascara, it's too harsh on most blondes.)

2. A dark gray liner, medium yellow shadow from the lash line to the brow, and brown/black mascara. The yellow blends away, and makes the green of your eyes appear lighter.

3. Charcoal liner, goldish beige highlighter, charcoal on the lid, and brown/black mascara. This is a version of the "smokey" eyes that works great for blondes.

4. To maximize the green, try plum liner, lavender highlighter, plum on the lid, and brown/black mascara. Since the purples bring out the blue shades in eyes, it makes green eyes appear very vibrant.

To make small eyes appear larger:
Try to always use a lighter color shadow above the lid (your highlighter) and a darker color on the lid. It helps to open up your eyes. Try soft shimmers, but stay away from heavy frosts that settle into the crease.
To keep from making your eyes seem too close set, only apply liner on the outer 3/4 of your lash line. You should have about a pencil's width between your nose, and the liner. The line should also be fairly thin, never wide. If you get a too thick line, smudge it or erase excess with a cotton swab.
Curl your lashes to open up eyes even more. It only takes about 30 seconds to do both eyes, and it's well worth learning how to do. Plus, when paired with mascara, it can make your eyelashes looks thicker and longer.
And always make sure to have well groomed brows. Pluck stray hairs on the underside ONLY, never above the brow. Use a brow brush or comb to help shape the brows and keep hairs laying nicely.

I can't answer all your questions, but I do know of a good product for you since you don't want foundatiton. Mary Kay offers a product called Dual-Coverage Powder Foundation. It is sort of like a loose powder, but also a foundation. You can use it dry over all of your makeup like a powder, or you can get a damp makeup sponge and use it more l like a foundatiton. It is a lot lighter and not thick and goupy lilke liquid foundatiton, and it still makes your skin tone more even, soft, and smooth. I use it everyday and I love it. The only thing is, is that after you put it on you need to be careful for the first 30-45 minutes becacuse it will rub off on clothing easily until it absorbs into your skin.

You can order it from a Mary Kay consultant (which you can find on their website www.marykay.com) or you can order it online at the same website. I think it is about $14.00. I hope this helps!!
