I can't see out . What can I use to remove it?

single edge razor blade and a heat gun should do it.
after you remove it you might want to get some goo b gone. its stuff to remove the left over glue residue. any wal-mart k-mart store has that .if you dont have a heat gun you could try your hair dryer on max. heat

I worked in a tint shop for a while just know it will take a while no matter what you use. First, try to peel the tint off, carefully and slowly, If it is as bad as I think it is you may have to use a heat gun or blow dryer to heat it up while you peel. After all the tint is removed soak the window with Windex and and use fine steel wool to remove the nasty glue that is left on the window. If you don't have rear defrost just use a razor scraper. this is my least favorite thing to do in the world, have patience and good luck
