Work on your english. As for the Baskeball, try practicing your *** off. That's the ONLY way to get good at anything. That is what separates the experts from the novices. Practice will also make you confident. Another piece of advice. I don't know how big you are, but if you're already the size of a great power forward then its probably too late for you to become great at basketball. If you're a growing lad and aspiring to be a great power forward, that's fine, but you may want to just focus on a great all around game until you see how things pan out. Besides, you may change your mind.
