such as i'm 18, will i be able to chill out there with my 21 year old friend? and is it a good place to relax and have a drink?

My husband and I visited there last year, and it's a blast! It's a very funky decor, with lots of neon and bright colors. The restaurant is excellent, with huge portions of food, especially breakfast. Their desserts are legendary, so make sure to go very hungry! The lounge has to be seen to be believed, with an actual firepit lounge area, and very friendly waitresses. Their drink list is extensive, with lots of frou-frou cocktails. I'm not sure if you can go to the lounge if you're 18; you might be able to go without being able to get a drink. Definitely eat at the restaurant, if nothing else, and take a peek at the lounge!

I hate to tell you but you aren't going to hang out or be served in any lounge in Vegas.
Go see Lance Burton, King Arthurs Court, or one of the other great shows thats open to all.
