If u r married, check with ur wife whether she married u or ur height?

If u r unmarried and dating a woman, check with her whether she is in love with u or with ur height!

In both the cases, if the answer is U, why do u worry about this short matter, enjoy the rest of ur life with what u hv!

I'm accustomed to get such question from teenagers or young people in general and don't realize as it can come out from an old man even! An old man who just should know what development and old age mean. Evidently you forgot that during the growth and at the end of the sexual development (18 y/o nearly), once skeleton has got its (genetic) max size, the bones can't go on to grow alone. In fact, during the growth there always is a harmonic development of any part of the body and since bone-flesh-nerve-muscle are all interconnected, bones can't change anymore!
In your opinion were you the only one wishing that?!

You probably quit growing back around 20 or even earlier. Nothing you can do to start growing again, so don't dwell on it. You can appear to look bigger by working out, getting buff, and doing exercises that make your shoulders broader--I knew two guys for a while, one was really buff, the other average, and we talked about how short he was which we should not do--but one day both were standing side by side, and the buff guy was actually the same height--he just looked bigger becuase he was 20 or 30 pounds heavier, all muscle, and had shoulders of a linebacker.

it could be due to the reason that either of your parents must be short, and you might have got the height from him or her. in that case nothing can be done. Try for hanging exercises, rings..hopefully might help you...but you are 31, even that may not help you. do not lose hope keep trying. it is good to give up drinking and smoking , whether or not the issue.. you will be fit and fine...

I am not sure of this really buddy, but some guys over some forum I have joined say that there's this product called, Sato Growth, made them taller 1-2 or 3-4 inches, I read their site but I am not sure of it. If you got any extra cash I say try it and maybe you will get a bit taller.

Sorry Dude, it's not going to happen.

Even with "elevator shoes" you can't add 4-5" of height without looking like a freak in high heels or platform shoes.

Dude you better wish for something else. My friend is 49 years old and stands 5'2". Somewhere in your family someone was/is small like you . However it's the not height of a man that makes him a man.

Sorry to say this but, your growth spurt is over. Most likely, you will not grow any taller. There is nothing wrong with your height! You were made that way, be thankful there is nothing else wrong! Be encouraged.

I don't think you stand a chance, you have grown as much as you're going to, at your age. Unless they can add a few bones on your legs and vertebras on your spine. Wear hidden heels.
