I am lvl 18 undead warlock.. where can I go to have pvp???

If you are on a PvP server, the area you will probably find ppl your level is around Hillsbrad.
You can also do Warsong Gulch (Capture the Flag). You can sign up for WSG in the Apothacarium(sp) near Varimanthras in Undercity, in the Valley of Honor in the first big building to your right, or the very top of the Barrens near the entrance to the forest.

You can participate in the level 10-19 warsong gulch bracket pvp. You can join the battleground in any major city or you can join the battleground at the far north of the barrens area. Since you are on the horde side you won't have a long wait but usually you have to wait in queue for only a moment. Goodluck and have fun!

I believe that at lvl 10 you can begin participating in Warsong Gulch PVP battlegrounds. You can join the queue in any of the horde capitols. For instance, in the Undercity you would go to the Royal Quarter and find the Warsong Battlemaster to sign up.

The previous posters mention the battlegrounds. If you want freestanding PVP, go to Hillsbrad Foothills. Alliance are always attacking there.
