To enable javascript in IE:
In IE go to tools > internet options > security > internet > custom level > scripting > active scripting > enable > OK > yes > Ok

To enable Cookies and JavaScript, follow these steps:

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog opens.
2. Locate the Temporary Internet Files area of the General tab.
3. Click on the Settings radio button.
4. Click OK.
5. Locate the Check for newer versions of stored pages area, make certain that the radio dial is highlighted on Every visit to the page.
6. Click OK.
7. Locate the Custom area of the Security tab. Click Custom Level button. Security Settings dialog opens.
8. Scroll down to the Scripting section of the Settings window.
To access the BillPay site, your browser must support JavaScript and Java. You must select the Enable radio button under Active Scripting.
9. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog.
10. Locate the Content Advisor area of the Content tab.
11. The radio button should read Enable. (If not, click on Disable until it reads Enable)
12. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
13. Hit the F5 key to refresh your browser.

Note: Windows XP Users, you will need to restart your computer for the changes to take place

Firefox

To enable Cookies and JavaScript, follow these steps:

1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
2. The Options dialog opens.
3. Select the Web Features tab.
4. Make sure that the checkboxes for Enable Java, and Enable JavaScript are selected and that the Block pop-up windows checkbox is not selected.
5. Click OK.

To enable cookies and jave script on MY browser I go to Edit / Preferences and check the proper boxes.
