Charms on my bracelet usually are linked to a special event ie. a church for when I married. A stork for the birth of my baby, a car when I passed my driving test, a viking longship commemorates a visit to Norway etc. Most charms I have bought or people have bought for me from jewellers shops. I am now on my third bracelet as have filled the links on previous two. They are too bulky to wear, but I love looking through the charms and being reminded of good times. Others think its great too, as they always have an idea what to buy me for birthdays etc. Enjoy your bracelet.

I have a silver one with 20 charms on it. they are: a ruby heart, wishing well, a cat, sewing machine, a wedding charm, globe, dog, bell, house, butterfly, ice skates, my initial S, a St Christopher, cooking utensils, frog, scooter, musical notes, love birds, bible, and a rabbit. My husband bought me a gold one for my birthday in November and 3 charms for Christmas. They are a pram, a shoe and handbag combined on one, and a key and padlock combined. The majority of my charms have been bought at H. Samuel's, as they seem to have the best choice.

Try Ebay. The Auctions are pretty good. So long as you set yourself a price and don't go over it, you can pick up all sorts of things cheaply.
