Alt F4 closes the top window that you have open.
Alt tab will cycle through the different programs/windows you have open and then you can use Alt F4 to close the top one.

when u press this combination the top window opened witll be close. If no window is opened then the logoff\shutdown\restart dilog will aperar.
If ur keybords stuck. switch off the computer. plug off the keyboard and open keybords screws. u will find that the keys are lying on small circular rubbr pads . dont worry just place those pads correctly on the chip .but be careful.
u can take off the pads of keys u dont like . it wont harm. If the suggstion dosent work then buy a new keyboard

when you press alt and f4, which ever window is currently open will be closed and if a window isnt open, the shut down box will appear (the one with the options 'stand by' 'shut down' or 'restart')
tho if your keyboards stuck, why does it matter cos surely you cudnt press them anyway? maybe ive missed something.....
