The best that you can do is firstly try to educate them and/or if thats something you wish to avoid then you can certainly install a parental control software onto your kids computer and set it up to a level that you feel is comfortable.

Rogers yahoo highspeed Internet service provides a nice easy to use parental control free. And most isp's do provide this service. However, if you cannot find one for free from your isp then just drop by any bestbuy or EB store and you can purchase a good one without spending a fortune.
