The marina coil has hormones in it which changed you body. You have had it in all that time, so it is going to take a while for everything to go back to normal. just try and relax a bit and go with the flow. With the sore breast try a warm flannel and massage round in circles. good luck with the baby I found when I did not try to get pregnant it happened. Have fun or it will become a chore.

my body behaved exactly like this when I first had my marina inserted and went on for almost a year. I was so dispondant and upset, bleeding all the time and with no pattern, I was on the verge of having the thing removed. Things have settled now. All I can suggest is that your body is trying to reajust to not having a hormone giving object inside it anymore. Your symptoms can also be exagerated by your need for regularity and desire for a baby. Stress does funny things too.

Be a bit more patient, ask your GP / practice nurse to check bleeding is not caused by an infection, then just relax. Enjoy your love making for the loving experience that it is, rather than a means to an end. Who knows, if your ovulation is erratic, you may get pregnant when you least expect it.
Good luck.

Sorry I haven't experienced that. I still have mine in. Just like your body had to adjust having the Mirena in there. Now it has to adjust to it being out. Just because your body is doing all the bleeding doesn't mean you won't ovulate at some point. Relax it will happen in due time.

Good luck!
