I always take showers and never sit down in my bathtub but it always looks dirty even when it's just been cleaned. I don't know if it's hardwater or some kind of build up but its embarassing because people probably think my tub is dirty all of the time. What can I do to make my bathtub white again?

Use WD-40...which you can get cheaply at any hardware store.
It's a spray solvent that won't harm the bathtub or shower wall surface. After you've cleaned the water stains, rinse and use whatever cleaner you want to get rid of the mild odour that WD-40 leaves behind. That odour will disappear shortly with time anyways, even if you don't do anything to it.

While you're cleaning the stains...squirt some WD-40 in the tracks for your shower doors....keeps 'em sliding nice.

There is a tub and shower cleaner called "The Works" it is made just for this purpose. You will have to use gloves because it is strong. Don't get it on carpet, it will eat through it. Good luck!

Use CLR, then always wipe the tub dry after using, to get all the water and any deposits it may leave behind.
