I'm uncertain about the death sentence, but I believe people who 'cross the line' should never be given their freedom.

Stevie_b, you might be right, but in a 'democracy' it is all the more important that we should express our opinions, providing they don't stir up hatred.

Hawkohio, that would be a fairer system, but I can't see an end to nepotism and the 'who you know culture'.

I would legalise Marijuana first....

It would cure a lot of problems such as anti social behaviour, racism and happy slapping.....it would also bring much needed funds to our health service which are currently going into crime lords hands....

Also I think the whole world could do with sitting back, getting stoned and learning to tolerate each other.

Free the weed and the rest will follow...

A uniform nondiscrimination law.

"No citizen or legal resident may be denied employment, housing, public accommodation or access to any governmental service, program or privilege for which they are qualified."

What this would mean is that the most qualified person would get the job, the best applicant would get to rent an apartment, people would benefit from marriage and inheritance rights regardless of the gender of their spouse, etc.

I would make a new law, making it a crime to wear clothes that are not your size. I am so sick of fat people wearing clothes that let their belly and other rolls hang out. Also, on the other hand, the skinny people who wear clothes too big, and say "theses pants are too big, but they didn't have my size" OH I could just scream, either way I don't wanna see ANYONE'S butt crack. Oh, and that whole saggin' pants things, not attractive.

I would implement an energy policy that Brazil has done that now makes them totally energy independent.

We are too much of a agricultural giant NOT to have ethanol keep this country self-sustaining, at least as far as powering our automobiles.

I would like to change the UK law concerning personalised number plates. Why can't we have just a plate with all letters or all numbers or any order?

E.g. Have KATHY instead of K4THY, have just 999 or even H31P etc.

Let's just mix it all up.
