I had a hard childhood, so I have to say my best time was when I was a young adult working to create for myself the life I wanted, and starting to see things turn out how I wanted.

I'm extremely happy now, although I won't call this time the best for me because early parenthood is difficult and exhausting, no matter how much you adore your children.

Well being a child is great..no responsibilities and little things make you happy. Being a teen can be hard..highschool is rough-hormones, friends, boyfriends or girlfriends, 20's you are just finding who you are and what you want to be..so I think 30s-you get to the point where you know who you are and are comfortable with it!
