In my opinion you are asking a question that is obvious, yes anybody can get infected with the HIV virus. You CANNOT 'catch' aids. You have to be HIV-positive to get AIDS and then it doesn't always form aids.
Personallly i would have looked at a more reliable source of information, e.g. - BBC.co.uk or NHS.org.uk

Blood to blood and unprotected intercourse with an contaminated guy or woman. Edit: completely ignored the factor of your question. Yep, HIV first and then it develops into AIDS. yet i assume this is not significant if somebody stated you may desire to capture AIDS from unprotected intercourse through fact each and every person different than 2 human beings interior the international (i think of) finally develops AIDS.

Yes. Chafing on the glans from friction could be infected by HIV from the rectal mucus/ ruptured blood vessels in the anus. As to frequency of it occurring, I have no data but imagine it to be slightly less than for a bottom practising unprotected sex with an infected top.

yep. you can get it from anytype of bodily fluid contact. I see what you are getting at though. If the one who doesn't have it is the only one to ejaculate then how can it be spread, right. The problem with that theory is, anal sex can cause bleeding and open sores. Then just because the one on bottom isn't doing the penetration doesn't mean he won't ejaculate.
So yes you can catch it.

Yes, HIV is the virus that causes AIDS, and virus' are almost completely uneffected by gravity because they are so light-weight, not to metion that it helps them to be body fluid based virus' because of buoyancy they will have an even more diminished gravitational pull on them. This doesn't mean though that your any safer on the bottom as the virus is fluid based and the fluid will generally be sufficiently effected by gravity to cause some amount of mixing from top to bottom.

Most emphatically YES. And this is not a "way out there" question. The fact that you asked this question is proof enough that reliable information on the spread of AIDS has not reached everyone and still needs to get out there. Thanks for asking this important question.

Yes you can. I think there's a bigger risk if you are the bottom though. But don't quote me on that I'm not a doctor. And use a condom

Yes. It's not AS high risk as being an unprotected bottom, but it's still pretty high risk.

Yes, it isn't as likely but the risk is still quite large, especially if the top is uncircumcised.
