So far, I think he will be the front runner.

I'm not sure what some of these people are talking about. He was a fiery speaker on the last campaign, much more than Kerry was. We're ready for someone like John Edwards. A lot of these naysayers didn't think the democrats would win the majority in the House and Senate. Guess what?

The liberal wing of congress got so involved bashing the ruling party these past few years that they forgot to worry about the needs of the citizens. They actually have no plan (except to bash conservatives) and no worthwhile platform to claim in '08. Because of this, I have decided to not ever vote Democratic again. So, in a word, about voting for Edwards? NO!

Typically Senators don't get the Presidential nod. Hillary's resume rises above mere Senator level. Edwards does, but only slightly: "Losing candidate for Vice President." I think he was second, very distant second, in the Primaries to another loser Senator, Kerry. Other than good looks what does he have? No, so far its Rodham Clinton vs. The ABC vote (Anybody But Clinton). Strategists in the ABC camp aren't doing what they need to do - consolidating behind one excellent, strong, experienced candidate right now - to keep Hillary's machine from trouncing them all. Edwards for Veep? Nah, HRC will want to distance herself light years from 04's losing team!

Nope, he's out. John Kerry isn't operating because he would not favor to, i wager... presently interior the race: Barack Obama Hillary Clinton John McCain Mike Huckabee Ron Paul (who has 4 delegates)

John Edwards is very articulate, and seems very intelligent. I will want to compare him against other canidates before the primaries, to see voting records and his stand on issues. If the election were tomorrow, he'd be a great choice.

John Edwards is a vibrant speaker, but not a good candidate. I think there are a lot better options out there.

And my question is why? I don't hate the man or his politics, but do you really think he has the chops to represent the United States of America on the world's stage? Whenever I see or hear him, I am struck by his lack of presence and the ability to inspire confidence. I wish him luck...as I think there are others who are ready, willing and able to take this country back to its position of respect in the world.

Yes, I like his ideas and therefore I will consider him as a possible candidate for my vote.

He is certainly worth a serious look. I just hope Kerry and Hilary stay out of it.

Too soon to say. He seems to be a bit of an inexperienced doofus though.
