like both but i perfer a Condo.

House
My best friend has a condo and loves it because:
- She doesn't have to cut grass or maintain the exterior.
- She is single and feels secure living there
- She can continue to update and decorate the interior as if it were a house.
-She feels that the taxes on the condo are inline compared to what I pay for taxes on my house.

I lived in a condo. I think a house is much better.

Condos are easier to clean,but I prefer a house.

A house, the bigger the better. I lived in a condo for 6mths drove me nuts.

Condo is much cooler .... but, I'm young ....

I would rather live in a cardboard box if I could get out of my apartment. But I would really like to have my own house.
