My papa tells a story about this monster, but never what it is. Me and my cousins want to know- WHAT THE HELL'S A RUTRO? It's an Indian/ Native American monster, i think.

Yep, however, it actually isn't a monster. It is a South American Indian deity. Do you ever notice, that when Scooby Doo gets scared, he says "Rut-Ro!". Well, most people assumed he was saying "uh oh". However, he was calling the the God "Rut Ro" (who coincidentally, was the cousin of Quetzocoatl).

As a little aside trivia, but when Rut Ro compared his name with his cousin Quetzcoatl, and other Gods, he realized his was fairly lame (and didn't have a catchy phrase - it translated to "The God of Plastic Utensils"), so he had it changed to Pachacamac (which translates to EarthMaker).

All I know is the Urban Dictionary lists rutro as a lazy person. It also sounds a lot like what Scooby Doo says when he's in trouble.
