You do not have to. However you should want to keep the area very clean, by taking a daily shower, or just washing it, and then put on clean underwear. It should be a part of your daily cleansing routine, as is brushing your teeth, in order to feel freshened and have no body odor.

Yes you would want to change your underwear everyday if you are a women. If you don't then there becomes a bacteria (and order) build up on your panties that can cause a possible yeast infection due women having a normal discharge (self-cleaning fluid).

i would especially if your female, we do secrete .and it can get pretty fishy down there if it isn't cleaned daily.men on the other hand i don't know they can get a bad case of basketball balls . not a good smell .just remember cleanliness is next to Godliness.

No, but always remember that you can't see bacteria with the naked eye. It's probably safe to wear them for a couple days, unless you are messy.

Ofcourse you do! You have to be clean. You don't want to be all smelly down there would you? Plus if you don't you might cause an infection.
