i was wondering if im allowed to sit at a bar in vegas with my friend, who actually is 21. also, would i be allowed in a lounge type place like peppermill with couches and such (not a club) as long as i dont try to order any booze?

You can not get into a night club, but most open lounges/bars should be OK.

Also dress up, if you look like a goofy kid, they may move you along just for that.

Maybe I was lucky but the only time I was carded in Vegas, was once at a roulette table. I was 21 and this was 2 years ago. But I would err on the side of caution and avoid it.

I believe Nevada treats this is the same way California does, and that would be a big NO. You wouldn't be even be allowed in a bar unless it is associated with food service (restaurant), and then would only be allowed to sit at tables/booths away from the bar itself.

nope dont think so ... to even enter the bar u must b 21 or at least have a fake id saying that ur 21 lol =0)

Probably depends on the bar. Some are extremely strict about age limits, while others are lenient.

It should be ok to sit & order non alchoholic beverages. The legal drinking age in Nevada is 21.

If its a sports bar no clubs of anykind they will lose their liquor license I live in Vegas.

some bars will let you in but will put a ink stamp on your hand or you can tell them you are a designated driver ...for the night
