Try Microsoft.com or your nearest store. Most likely your trying to get a free version, which is illegal.
However if you wish to buy it most computer stores near you will sell!

There are a lot of people who seem to want to put this on a second partion for older games, which won,t run under XP.

Why would you want to mess with such an old operating system?
Upgrade to Windows XP or similiar. Make it worth your time.
