The Notebook hits too close to home. So I cry every time I watch it. But not like a little baby all wailing and stuff. However, I was completely inconsolable for Pay It Forward. That ending pisses me off to this day! Don't even get me started!

Lots of movies have made me cry, but two stand out for me at the moment. First is Neverending Story, the scene where Atreyu's horse, Artax, sinks into the Swamps of Sadness. He begs the horse to fight for his life, but Artax has let the sadness get to him and so he sinks down and drowns. By the time the scene is over, I have tears dripping off my chin every time I watch it.

In Serenity, I cry twice. Once is when Simon is talking to River after she has been taken prisoner following the "Miranda" incident. She's confused, crying, and maybe suicidal; she says, "Bullet in the brain pan. Squish," mimicking a gun to her head. The other part is at the end where Wash dies and then his soldier wife, Zoe, nearly throws away her own life out of despair while fighting the Reavers.

The Passion of the Christ. From what I know of punishment back in those days I could only cry because what we saw on the screen is only a fraction of what it must have really been like. Brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it.
