it has a lot to do with the area you live in but a guesstimate would be , gas around 20pm elec around the same presuming its central heated on gas and that you are economical, water should work out around 30 but the council tax will depend on entirely where you live, mine is 2k a year for a 3 bed house in a semi expensive area. There is then your tv licence thats about 100 per year, phone bill as you use it, and internet access tv and telephone prob around30 - 40 per month, hope this helps

Where is it located? What was previous payments on utlilities?
Ask person that was paying if flat was previously occupied. Depends on the use of the occupant as well. All you home all day, not at home during the night; what the rates are for the area; My suggestions would be to ask the owner or previous occupant for ball park figure of what they were paying?

$400 for studio in south Chicago. We're also on a budget plan..look into it. Instead of a $200 in summer & $25 in winter guessing game, we pay $96 for gas & $65 for electricity year round. It is SO MUCH EASIER

It depends a lot on where you live, and what lifestyle you want to keep.
Plus you have to take into account how much you phone and how cold is the area (heating bills).
