I would think generally no. Most men would be complemented, especially if they already had their eye on you. And are shy, they would be complimented. However, their is always one that is just full of themselves. God bless****

I would prefer a man to make the first move. I am not a shy person when you get to know me, but I am shy when it comes to introducing myself. I like Rum/Diet Cherry Coke btw if you are ever in the Chicago area. :)
