I do this with any type of fruit stains on clothing. (Strawberry, blueberry, etc.) I boil a few cups of water, then hold the garment over the sink with the stain centered over it. Try not to have any other part of the garment under where the stain is. Then, I pour the boiling water right into the stain and it should make it disappear. The boiling water rinses the stain out. Don't wash the garment unless the fruit stain is gone! It will set in and you will never get it out! If the rinsing method doesn't work the first time, repeat it. It really works!!

If it is white, bleach of course. If not, try Clorox 2 for colored clothes. Or you can try a cleaner if you like the sweater that much. Good luck.

salt and club soda make paste with this ,then work into sweater let sit for a while then wash in cold water
