contact the builders as the work is allocated to builders as a whole in this place and the builders or contractors as they r called here sub let the works to different specialist contractors .
u wont have any chance with the developers or property managers unless the interior decorations r taken over by them after the builders have finished their work .
even the intirior decorators could help u with work if u team up with them and have new ideas for them to try for individual tasks .
