They're in the playoffs, so they have a chance

Really, I'm not sure if they will or not...I def think they can make it to the SB...really the NFC is wide open...however I'm pretty sure that whoever makes the SB from the AFC (Colts, Chargers, Ravens, Pats) will beat whoever makes it from the NFC, which will prob be either the Bears or Saints

Yes. Home field advantage throughout gives the Bears a very big chance to be the NFC team in the Super Bowl. The Chargers or Ravens at this point look like the two strongest AFC teams out there. If the Bears end up winning the NFC, they only need one outstanding effort in the Super Bowl to win it. In a one game situation, either team can win it. The AFC has dominated the Super Bowl for a long time now, but I feel the Bears could win for the NFC if they get there. Many people think the Seahawks were robbed by a couple of bad calls in last year's game. Many times in the past the game has come down to just a few plays deciding the outcome. The sentimental favorite from the NFC has to be the Saints but they have to win at Chicago most likely to get to the Super Bowl. It will be a very interesting playoff season and if things proceed anything like last year the Eagles could be this year's "Steelers".

No, because although their defense is great, their offense is so unpredictable, you can't count on them. The last time a team won the Superbowl with a offense like that was the Baltimore Ravens, but they didn't play a team that had a great defense. They beat the Broncos, Titans, Raider and Giants in the Superbowl. None of those teams had great defenses at the time. Chicago is going to run into a team with a great defense, and that's going to be their last game. Last year, they had to deal with the Panthers in their first game and they got beat at home. Home field means nothing as far as Chicago is concerned. They don't play any teams in their division with good defenses, so that's why they destroy their divisional opponents. In the playoffs, they are going to run into a team like the Eagles who's defense is playing out of this world right now. The Eagles will knock the Bears out of the playoffs, trust me.

Well they are in the playoffs so anything is possible. I think that they may have a chance if they can get there. To be honest I am not sure if they can hang with just about any team form the AFC. The Patriots beat them and I am not sure that the Bears D, and I like the Bears D, could contain LT.

Yes, they have a chance... Honestly, whoever gets there from the NFC (likely Bears, Saints, or Eagles) will probably lose to the Ravens, Colts, Chargers, Patriots, etc. by a lot, but once you get there, anything can happen.

And... Mr. Bballfan8: Rex Grossman would start for ANY D-1 college except for Notre Dame, and he would probably win the Heisman.

I don't think so because there are too many key guys that are out due to injury. Mike Brown and especially Tommie Harris. They have no pass rush at all and they struggle to cover guys with the cover 2 defense that they play. Their defense has been struggling big time against teams that aren't that good offensively. Rex Grossman and the offensive line are going to have to be on their "A" game for them to do anything. I say they may win one game in the playoffs and that is a big IF.

Chicago Bears win the Superbowl? NO WAY! They had a hard time beating losers like Tampa Bay and Arizona. How do you think they are going to do against good teams?

no. the don't have a good enough offensive to win against an AFC team. the may have the defensive to get them their but the AFC team they play will beat them. The opposite of this is y the colts will not win the super bowl. their defensive can't stop the run!

No, you can't win the superbowl with a QB who wouldn't start for many D-1 colleges. There defense is banged up, and they are having a RB dispute. This team will be extrememly lucky to get out of their first game.

Only if offense gets in gear and defense continues to dominate and create big opportunities for the offense. Defense and special teams(DEVIN HESTER) cannot be expected to go out and win the game each week.
