How do I protect my Stephen King Hardcover book collection? I hear people saying they their books were protected in an non-acid bag, or the likes. Is there a plastic cover or something I can use to at least slow wear and tear on the dustcover due to use and environment? If so where can I get it?

Check online for the following companies:
Demco
Gaylord
Highsmith

These companies produce plastic protectors for dustcovers for the library market, but anyone can purchase from them.

Check out a couple of the local antiquities dealers and ask them what they would recommend.
