Hi does any one know the name of the magazine issue 1 is ghost the shell?

Issue 1 is ghost in the shell and the 1st issue is £2.99 I just saw it advertised on tv and went all around the shops looking for it but cloud find it no where does any one no the name of the magazine or the site which I could buy it online?
