Since Kane and Undertaker are once again friends in the Brothers of Destruction, they would team up to take on and eliminate Umaga. Next, Kane would have to choose which person he would want to disqualify. His former tag teamer Big Show or his new tag teamer Undertaker. I think that he would choose Big Show, so then the only people left would be Undertaker and Kane. After a long staredown, I think that Undertaker would defeat Kane once again.

This is all if it was a Fatal Four Way Battle Royal, and if it was just a regular Fatal Four Way, then I think still that Undertaker would win, after pinning Umaga, while Kane and Big Show were outside the ring fighting separately.

Big Show, Kane and The Undertaker have a kinship in the sense that they have at one point or another been tag-team partners with each other, but their nature wouldn't necessarily mean that they would help each other out against Umaga. Umaga has an advantage of Kane. Big show is the biggest and in a sense more dominant but The undertaker is somewhat more resilient to major moves (even against Kahli). Umaga is the only one who doesn't share same finishers and general moves and how is very steady on his feet. I would hope it would be Big Show or The Phenom. Great match though would love to see it.

Probably the Undertaker since it seems he never loses. I can't remember if he has ever lost a match out right before without someone interfering.
