because when your bored you spend your time watching the clock...but when your having fun your attention is not on the time...but time goes by exactly same whether your bored or having fun

Time only flies when things are good ,,but not when you are waiting for someone or something ppl who don't respect time or havn't any real goals or ambition live in a state of nuetrality ,,,niether moving forward or back,,,, just a steady routine of daily excistence

It's all about your frame of mind. If you are bored or unhappy, things will drag because you are bored/unhappy and you become more aware of the time.
When you are happy or having fun, you don't look at the time at all because you are too engrossed in the stuff you are doing.

When you having a good time you don't look at the clock every minute to see when it is going to be over. But when your not having a good time you looking at the clock and you want to get the hec out of the place.

because doing something is fun you have your mind focused on it
but when it drags you want it to drag because you want to have fun but is bored instead
