well u must consider all the food groups. it shd be a balanced meal consisting of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and fibre.
tuna salad with brown bread and a fruit salad with orange juice would be an option.
or sausage with bacon, scrambled eggs with baked beans and buttered toast and a can coke.
well its your choice really.
