Hi,

The url is uniform resource locater. It is nothing but, Where our wanted file or a site in the world wide web for example you want to see the definition of a particular word
then u type http://wikipedia.org/
This is the website which is having detailed information about particular word

Now look at the url
It has some rules and regulateions

It contain the three parts one is protocol (http) domain(wikipedia.org) and codomain
after protocol(depending) must used colon with two slashes it change according to the protocol for example if our protocol is ftp(file transfer protocol which transfer files from one place to another place) it has three slashes

protocol: This is nothing set of rules which communicate in which type, here http means hyper text transfer protocol
domain: domain means the url blongs to which catogeroy
i.e, .com means it's belongs to commercial
.org belongs to organization

Website addres having numbers like ip address and url may be accepted

computer file address is nothing but where the our wanted file belongs

for example In our system we want a address of desktop folder
then the address is drive name which our operating system is and:window/desktop/

URL stands for "Uniform Resource Locator" it is the global address of all resources (webpages, documents, images etc)on the internet. All webpage addresses are URLs.

I don't know what exactly you mean by "Computer File Address".
