An output device allows a user to look at results obtained after performing an operation on a computer. The results are displayed in a form comprehensible to humans. Common output devices are the Monitor (which lets you see what's going on thus enabling you to supply the right input for various programs) and the Printer (lets you have hard-copies of documents, print photos and pictures etc). Other Output devices are the Speaker(lets you listen to music) and the Plotter (A specialized printer used to draw up graphs and charts on paper).
