skype should do it, it can call any other pc with skype for free anywhere in the world.
or you could just use the built in VOIP (voice over the internet protocol) of any instant messenger like Yahoo, MSN or Googletalk

Programs like Skype let you call other Skype users over the interweb for free. Search for Voice over IP for more options.

I know SKYPE is OK but you can just download and install MSN messenger and buy a mic then you can call everyone in the world for free...ofcourse you need to connect to the net first

Sorry the only free telephoning are systems like skype and are only free between skype users, as soon as you go from skype to land line or mobile you will be charged. Alternatively you could go to http://www.cheapestcalls.co.uk/index2.php which is not free but very cheap and works better, follow their instructions on how to use.

well there is skype for pc to phone calls but you can actualy use Y! mess for pc to pc call. all u need is internet conesction and some headphoses with atached mic.
