Hair does not grow back thicker - this is an old wives tale like the sun revolves around the earth or the moon is made of cheese. It has no basis in fact whatsoever.
As for will it itch - probably yes when it gets to a certain length, usually about 2mm long. If you keep shaving it when the stubble starts it will not itch.

No honey it does not grow back thicker. It will itch if you let it re grow to stubble. Ugh! Once you are shaved and smooth then keep it like that. About every three days, or more often if you have a special date, just go over it again. In the shower is easiest and quickest. To stop any nasty shaving rash use a body lotion after each shave. It will stop shaving rash rather than sooth it once you have it. And once you experience the gorgeous smooth feeling, the cleanliness and comfort, and of course the appearance, mmmmm, you will never look back.
Best of luck. Amanda. XXX

It may itch but if shaving hair made it grow back thicker there would not be so many bald men.

It doesn't grow back thicker. Sometimes it itches; depends where you shaved.

No, hair doesn't grow back thicker. If it were true every guy who is thinning would shave their head until they have a full head of hair.

Easy with were you shave it though, that's the only thing. If you shave in places that, like, rub constantly.... as you walk say? That's hell, and you will learn never to do it again.
