Unfortunately, this is a question only your ob/gyn can answer when you go for your 20 week ultrasound. Age won't affect the sex of the baby, that all depends on if an X (girl) or Y (boy) sperm made it to your egg first.

baby are determined by the chromisone that the sperm contained upon conception it will either be a X or a Y chromisone XX is female XY is a male .
